Frank Sirianni is the founder and CEO Practice4Sale Pty Ltd. He is also the founder and CEO of Medici Capital, a management and finance consultancy specialising in the health industry. He holds Bachelor of Economics (Honours) and Masters of Economics degrees and with over 27 years experience in pharmacy, consults to current and prospective pharmacy owners, lending institutions, industry bodies, Government, manufacturers and wholesalers. He was instrumental in the creation of the goodwill loan, and the pharmacy business valuation and bank lending policies to support it. Frank's strengths are his innovative and solutions driven approach, supported by high level analytical and research skills.

Frank Sirianni has a unique and analytical approach to consulting assignments and has completed analysis and research for The Pharmacy Guild of Australia, Commonwealth and State Departments of Health, Other Government Departments, Australian and International Banks and Pharmacy Wholesalers.
  • Currently a business valuer for nine banks conducting valuations throughout Australia.
  • Acted as an expert witness in Courts of Law for clients throughout Australia
  • Delivered Pharmacy Valuation Workshops for accountants, business brokers, solicitors, bankers and the profession throughout Australia
  • Created the Goodwill lending product, (and the Valuation methodology to support it) that most Banks have now adopted.
  • Provides risk profiles for individual Banks on their exposure in the pharmacy marketplace
  • Extensive experience in business consulting.
  • Previously an academic in Accounting, Economics, and Finance - Melbourne, Monash and Latrobe Universities.
  • Detailed understanding of computers and computer applications. Frank was the General Manager of a computer (hardware and software) sales and support company providing equipment, software, installation and training, as well as, full maintenance and support.
  • Previously the Director of the Pharmacy Guild, Victorian Branch. In this role, and previous positions with the Guild, he was instrumental in the development and delivery of business information and the amalgamation advisory service. Frank was regularly involved in teaching and public speaking; providing business management and financial/economic outlooks at the Pharmacy College and courses/seminars throughout Australia.
  • Designed and operated (for eight years) the Australian Pharmacy Management Championship: an annual computer simulation competition. The Championship uses economic models of pharmacy economic behaviour to teach pharmacists, their staff and the industry, management principles.

  • Managing Director of Medici Capital.
